Anyways,
To make a bit of a discussion:
What is/which are your favorite song/s in terms of vocals?

I don't have a favorite at the moment, but I do happen to be listening to Libra right now, so I'll go with that.

(I just noticed the "MUCC men" emoticons. xD)

I think my favorite songs for vocals are.. maybe Komorebi and Akanezora. Oboreru Sakana is lovely too. there are plenty of others, but those came to mind first.
..now I'll be thinking about it and I'll be like "damn! I should've said this song! D8" lol

Komorebi is a good one, has a lot of high and strong notes in there, but my all time fav is probably kuchiki no tou because of the extremely high amount of emotions thats in there....
It makes me cry everytime I watch the budokan live....so good!!O_o

Kuchiki no tou is wonderful... but I think kagayaku sekai is one of the best songs in terms of his voice! He's almost whispering, singing low, singing high... and screaming of course...
Tatsus voice is so.... ano... multifunctional??? Oh dear, my english is bad ^^°

I think with vocals...I love anything where he sounds hoarse, or almost, um, needy? I guess. I love his high notes too. I love all of his singing styles though. I love when he's all growly too, but there are way too many of those kinds of songs to list. (nukegara for example. AKGNKDSNG!)

I'll just name a few that stand out for me vocal wise; 25ji no yuutsu (still my favorite song period omfg.) Aoi mori, ageha, chiisana mado, anjelier, kanashii hanashi, touei and Libra. :3

(kanashii hanashi, why don't I listen to that song more often!!<3)

But I like songs where he uses both his lower and powerful voice, like in Monster which is a very hard song with powerful vocals....

I dunno, he just sounds good with all the songs he sings. You can just hear the Tatsu in them.

I love how he covers the long parts of Gerbera, how it sounds almost scratchy in a gorgeous gorgeous way. Ame no Orchestra will always be a favourite. & Libra, just 'cause it's my favourite.

Oh yeah Gerbera and Saishuu Ressha both have great vocals, even in live which is quite amazing!!

Oh, Teto. Tatsurou is as obsessed with his cat as I am with mine. I've never seen anyone write about cats so much in their lyrics like Tatsurou does. He even named Yukke's cat...CRAZY CAT MAN.

did we ever see yukke's cat?? I didnt even know he had one!!

Yukke's cat (or rather, Yukke's parents' cat) is called Chai-kun. Is that the name Tats gave ?

Yep, his name is Chai!! ^___^ Tatsurou named him because he said he looked like milk tea.



Yukke posted a picture of Chai on cat day in Japan, but I think he lives at his parents house because he's slightly allergic to cats. He might not be able to keep him at his apartment though, who knows. I think he really wanted a cat, poor thing. XD

Oh. he's allergic? I wasn't sure about Chai being at his parents' house back when I translated that entry... >>;;;; Re: I was sure then, I'm not sure now.

I think I remember reading somewhere that it says he's allergic, which is why people assume he hates cats. I don't remember where I read it...I think it was in one of the translated profile things where it lists all their stuff. O__o I think it says "likes cats, but is allergic" and I think people took that as he hates them. I DUNNO! I don't think he could be friend with Tatsurou and hate cats. I think Tatsurou would hold a grudge against him. XD

haha I bet he would!! The cat is friggin adorable!!!!! *is allergic too though....*

We should make a thread for all the pictures of Tatsu's cat!! He's become MUCC'S mascott over the years!! lol

^ I was actually technically allergic until I got my own cat. XDD I would get a red nose, red eyes and sneeze/cry...even got rashes, but it went away. O__o It was weird! I would suffer through it for my baby though. *pets kitty*

depends on the cat, I know I have an allergie but I never had a reaction to my cousin's cat but almost went to the hospital after touching my friend's cat.

So maybe Yukke is ok with Tatsu's cat but not with his own....(how sad )

Might be long haired cats? Usually it's the amount of pet dander on the cat that makes people allergic. My cat is short haired, so that might be why I can stick my face in his fur and sleep and nothing happens. XD

I've been told that it's not the hair but the saliva.

And it would work bcuz my cousin's cat is crazy and I never touch him even though he always sleeps on the bed and pillows (thus leaving hair on the pillows I would sleep on), and my friends cat almost ate my hand licking me and I had a huge reaction....
We'd have to ask an allergist....

Cat allergies are from the saliva, like you said, as well as the cat's skin.

That's pretty much the extent of my knowledge. xD
